Previously he was Managing Director for Momentum Consulting, a consulting company operating in close cooperation with Amrop within leadership assessment and coaching. Henrik has also held the position as Executive Director in a consultancy company with responsibility for activities across the Nordic region. Furthermore, he was member of the Board and Global Management with overall responsibility for the concept of leadership assessment and development. Prior to that, he was a Business Psychologist in the Danish Defense and Senior Consultant at another global consultancy company.
In Amrop, Henrik has been responsible for the establishment of Amrop's Leadership Assessment concept and he works exclusively with leadership assessment, evaluation, coaching and leadership development training in both the private and public sector.
Henrik holds a M.Sc. in Business Psychology from the University of Copenhagen. Henrik has more than 15 years of experience within leadership assessment and development. His track record includes advising, coaching and training hundreds of managers in Denmark and internationally.
